I remember a former government secretary announcing their campaign with the tag line - Let's Do It.
I just like how it emphasizes call to action that engages the receiver of the message.
In digital marketing seminars and blogging conferences I have attended, most often than not, it became advertorial or promotional rather to focus on content. Some may look affordable, but sometimes we end up wasting money or time, and even both. This is where I'm coming from, I wanted the audience to have more from what they expected. I've been teaching in a university and conducting seminars in various places handling major business subjects, leadership talks and other topics. I discovered that there's really something more when you engage the audience with certain activities. Ideas and theories become well understood through hands-on experience, but arriving with critical modules require preparations.
On November 17, 2012 from 1-6pm at the 3rd floor of A. Venue Mall, Makati Ave. a digital marketing workshop will happen. It has been a year since I launched this blog, The Teacher Is Blogging, and I have seen that it grows as a venue where people can find more interesting analysis of every day events. You may say that it is a celebration, indeed the engagements will be very exciting as prizes will be given away by my sponsors. Best of all, for a very reasonable fee of PHP1,000.00 already includes a good set of snacks as provided by Chef Vonn Events and Catering Services. This event is also sponsored by BigShift Creative Centrale, one of my favorite hang-outs in Makati City. (They hold their regular Friday gig, Acousteoke)
